Evans Nyamekye undertook his training contract with Birds Solicitors and qualified as a solicitor in 2003. He has now obtained his Higher Rights of Audience and can appear as an Advocate in all criminal courts. He is also a Court and Police Station duty solicitor.

He has built up a considerable experience of both court and police station procedure. He is a determined advocate, appearing in the Magistrates' Court on a daily basis in and outside of London. He is a regular advocate in summary trials and has broadened that experience to the Crown Court having obtained his Higher Rights of Audience.

His practice is community orientated. He regularly conducts legal seminars in the local community, as well as speaking to local youth clubs and colleges on various issues concerning criminal law. He has conducted regular seminars on programs set up by the London Mayor's office and is frequently invited by academic institutions, youth projects, and social groups to provide seminars on various areas of criminal law across London.

Evans deals with all types of criminal offences from simple thefts in the Magistrates Court to serious and complicated armed robbery cases in the Crown Court. He has a growing reputation especially in the local area and has quickly developed a loyal client base.

He recently represented the family of a man who died in police custody at the Coroner's Inquest in a case in which he was able to have an input into suggested improvements within the systems employed by the Metropolitan Police. The firm represented the family on this important case for no fee.
