Nick joined Birds Solicitors in October 2010 as a consultant solicitor. He is a Higher Courts Advocate and regularly appears for clients in the Crown Court as well as the Magistrates' Court.

Nick qualified as a solicitor in 1992 and has practised in criminal defence work since qualification.
